Baked Kale Chips


Serves: 2-4
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Total:  20-25 min

Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh kale, washed and dried in a salad spinner
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place dried kale on the baking sheet and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and using your hands, toss leaves so that they are coated.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, turning with a spatula once or twice.
  5. When kale chips are thin and rustle like dry leaves, remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Serve immediately, or let cool and store in an sealed container.
