Garlic Ginger Green Beans

A quick stir fry with garlic and ginger makes these green beans burst with flavour!

Serves:  2-4
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 8-10 min
Total: 15 min

Ingredients
1-2 handfuls of fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1-2 tsp. oil
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
1 tbsp. soy sauce
pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add beans and saute until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir. Season with pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, as a side dish for meat or fish.
