Serves: 4-5
Prep Time: 5-8 min, plus a few hours marinating
Cooking Time: 15-20 min
Total:  25 min, plus a few hours marinating

Ingredients
1 package extra-firm tofu
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
1-2 tbsp. white or black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Drain tofu and wrap in a paper towel. Press under a weight to remove excess liquid. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Combine oil, sriracha, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add tofu and toss to coat.
  3. Cover tofu and allow to marinate in the fridge for a few hours, up to 1 day.
  4. Transfer tofu to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, using a spatula to turn cubes midway through.
  5. Serve hot or at room temperature. Eat plain, as an appetizer, as a wrap or sandwich filling or as a topping for salad.
